Devotees travel on two primary routes which are partly motorable and partially foot-observe near towards the holy cave: the shorter but steeper thirteen km northern route from Baltal Basecamp, along with the longer but simpler and busier forty three km Pahalgam-Chandanwari basecamp route.[
